The National Intercollegiate Lacrosse Officials Organization (NILOA) provides officials for men’s college lacrosse at all levels. NILOA recruits, trains, and certifies men’s collegiate lacrosse officials nationwide.

NILOA conducts game observations and evaluations throughout the season to allow officials to advance their schedules.
